International Expert Symposium goes virtual from 25 to 29 May 2020

Diego Gabathuler, Assoc. Prof. Dr Jean-Pierre Attal, Prof. Dr Irena Sailer, Vincent Fehmer and Prof. Dr Petra Gierthmühlen will discuss “Digital dentistry – what's real, what's next?” on 25 May 2020, 7pm Berlin time (26 May, 1am Singapore time)

For the first time ever, Ivoclar Vivadent will hold its International Expert Symposium (IES) as an online event from 25 to 29 May 2020. For five days in a row, participants will be able to benefit from the profound knowledge and expertise of 16 international speakers: True to the motto of "Succeeding together in tomorrow's dentistry".

As major events cannot be carried out at the present moment, the Symposium, which was scheduled to take place in Paris in June this year, will be conducted in an exciting online format. By hosting the IES 2020 as an online event, Ivoclar Vivadent would like to provide their customers and partners with high-quality further education and training in a format that is helpful and appropriate in these challenging times. This is also the reason why participation in the event is completely free of charge.

At the pulse of the dental world

For five consecutive days, insights into cutting-edge technologies and first-hand information about the latest developments and trends in the dental world will be presented by 16 dental experts from eight countries in short lectures followed by interactive discussions. In addition, more detailed on-demand sessions will be offered. Designed for interaction, livestreams and virtual panel discussions will help participants gain valuable information and inspiration.

Wide array of key topics

Each day, there will be an overarching theme from the dental world that forms the through-line for the lectures. Professor Jean-Pierre Attal, University of Paris, is the scientific chairman and he will introduce the lectures and moderate the interactive panel discussions.
