Roland DG Australia supports customers with three-month product warranty extension
Roland DG Australia, a leading manufacturer of wide-format inkjet printers and printer cutters, has announced a three-month warranty extension programme to support its customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Roland DG understands that the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted their clients in many different ways. Over the past few months, their devices may not have been used to their full potential. To support their loyal customers, Roland DG has initiated a three-month warranty extension programme for eligible devices. Any customer whose device was under warranty as of 1 April 2020 will receive a three-month warranty extension as of that date, free of charge. Customers will be notified directly within the coming weeks if their device is eligible. No action is required by the customer to activate the extension.
