Finnish health tech group Koite Health will attend the International Dental Show (IDS) in Cologne to showcase its Lumoral treatment — an innovative technology designed to enhance oral home care for the prevention and treatment of gum diseases and dental caries.
Lumoral is a cutting-edge medical device that improves oral hygiene and enhances oral health. Lumoral offers anti-inflammatory treatment for patients in various groups, even those with difficult-to-treat oral conditions such as severe gum disease, periodontitis. Lumoral is scientifically proven to be the best available home care treatment for periodontal patients and implant maintenance. The company also just recently launched Lumoral Junior. A teeth cleaning method that improves children’s oral care and provides a good starting point for oral health even in adulthood.
At the upcoming IDS, Koite Health will connect with industry leaders, exchange ideas and showcase its scientific results. Lumoral team members, including Tero Pasanen, COO, and the two scientists behind the Lumoral innovation: Sakari Nikinmaa, CEO, and Dr Tommi Pätilä, researcher and HUS New Children’s Hospital heart surgeon, will participate at the event.
“Our team is excited to meet with attendees and share our passion for innovation and excellent patient outcomes,” said Nikinmaa.
“IDS is the world’s largest B-to-B event in the dentistry field. We anticipate finding new business partners that will help us bring our Lumoral innovation to patients and dentistry professionals all over the globe,” added Pasanen.
This year, Koite Health aims to expand within Europe and as many countries as possible outside Europe. In February, the company signed a distribution agreement with white cross, a German distribution and training company specialising in oral health prevention. Following the deal, white cross will focus its marketing efforts on over 55,000 dentistry professionals in the German market to promote the use of Lumoral.
At the Koite Health stand L071, located in Hall 10.2, visitors can also meet professionals from the white cross team.
