The countdown is on for the Implant Solutions World Summit 2023, taking place in Athens, Greece, from 8-10 Jun 2023. The Implant Solutions World Summit 2023 will convene implant professionals from around the world for three days of knowledge exchange, inspiration, and networking. The summit’s educational programme will feature 50 speakers from 12 countries.
The main programme will feature themed sessions exploring different topics, challenges, and opportunities facing implant dentistry. The CLOUD session will explore the new digital universe to transform patient journeys from diagnosis to final treatment. The session will have a look at the advantages for clinicians and labs with perspectives from two clinicians, Dr Martin Wanendeya, UK, and Dr Stefan Vandeweghe, Belgium and a lab technician Steven Campbell, UK.
Meanwhile, the BATTLE session will feature debates from two clinicians on a hot clinical topic, moderated by Dr Mark Ludlow, US with the winner decided by the audience. In the first battle, Dr David Barack, US and Dr Rodrigo Neiva, US will debate biomaterials vs. implant selection. Battle two will consider full arch digital vs. full arch analogue, with Dr Mischa Krebs, Germany going head-to-head with Dr Gary Jones, US.
A series of master classes will also take place during the event, with topics spanning many areas of implant dentistry, including predictable digital workflows, practice management, edentulous options, implant site preservation, hard and soft tissue augmentation, the Ankylos Implant System, and sloped implants.

In addition to the educational programme, attendees can visit the Inspiration Hub exhibition space spread across two congress levels. It will feature short, expert-led workshops where participants can gain hands-on experience with Dentsply Sirona’s implant portfolio.
The DS PrimeTaper Implant System, DS OmniTaper Implant System, and Astra Tech Implant System will be on display, as well as OSSIX regenerative solutions, DS Signature Workflows, and the cloud-based DS Core platform. Product experts will be available at the showroom to discuss solutions and equipment in depth and answer technical questions.
Attendees can also visit the R&D and Science Lounge to hear about the latest research helping shape implant dentistry. Moreover, the summit will feature two social evenings for attendees to network.
