Safe processing of plaster and acrylics

The standard versions of the carbide cutters, in very coarse and coarse cut and in larger ISO sizes, tend to detach from the collet chuck when processing plaster or acrylics. The BUSCH carbide cutters with SGXA and GXA cut counteract this risk.

The cut of these carbide cutters, unlike the standard versions, is left twisted, but still right cutting, so that the cutter is pressed into the collet chuck by the cutting forces occurring while working.

This contributes considerably to safety, especially when rapidly processing plaster and acrylics. The SGXA cut is advantageous for processing wet plaster and the GXA cut for processing dry plaster and acrylics.
