Sirona Dental, the dental industry’s global market and technology leader, has once again received the awards “Top Employer Germany 2016 Engineers” and “Top Employer Austria 2016.” For the first time, it has been named “Top Employer Brazil 2016.” The company’s outstanding human resources policy and excellent working conditions impressed the jury.
Each year, the Top Employers Institute (formerly CRF Institute) honours outstanding employers worldwide. In a multi-phase process, companies are evaluated on various criteria, including talent strategy, leadership development and company culture. Multiple awards
Sirona received the award in 2013, 2014 and 2015, and this year, the company has been presented the Top Employer Award in three countries.

Around 1,600 employees work at the Sirona Dental Systems site in Bensheim to drive improvements in dentistry.
