Dentsply Sirona ISCS showcased key products for clinics at three leading dental trade fairs in Dubai, Orlando (USA) and Singapore.
February 2018, Dubai: VR simulation attracted many visitors at AEEDC
The UAE International Dental Conference & Arab Dental Exhibition – AEEDC Dubai is the largest dental event in the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia (MENASA) region and the second largest dental event in the world. At the 22nd AEEDC from 6th–8th February 2018 Dentsply Sirona ISCS presented its solutions on Dentply Sirona’s booth such as simulation units and prepCheck, a computer-aided training system for simplified learning. Representatives of the regional universities and major clinics were highly interested in Dentsply Sirona ISCS’s trade fair presentations.
A major centre of attraction for the visitors were virtual reality (VR) glasses. The visitors experienced different clinic situations almost realistic and close to touch. The users could choose between two simulated labs and all compartments of a typical clinic from the waiting room to the dental lab. Moreover, the VR glasses offer two different points of view – either standing like a lector or sitting like a student.
March 2018, Orlando: The voice of dental education at ADEA
The annual meeting of the American Dental Educations Association (ADEA) from 17th–20th March 2018 is one of the most important events for dental education. The numerous visitors comprise representatives of almost every American university. Dentsply Sirona ISCS presented the Intego Ambidextrous treatment center, CEREC / prepCheck and simulation units. In addition, Dentsply Sirona ISCS showed solutions of Dentsply Sirona’s strategic business units Preventive, Restorative, Endodontics and Implants.
April 2018, Singapore: Asia Pacific met at IDEM
Dentsply Sirona ISCS participated at the 10th edition of the International Dental Exhibition and Meeting (IDEM) in Singapore from 13th–15th April 2018. IDEM is the largest and most important dental trade fair in the Asia Pacific region with approximately 9,000 visitors, over 30 international speakers and 550 exhibitors. Being a part of Dentsply Sirona’s booth, ISCS showcased key clinic solutions such as simulation units and prepCheck.
