Dental product manufacturer VITA Zahnfabrik has announced the launch of the VITA Scientific News app, designed to provide a consolidated expertise on your smartphone for the entire VITA ecosystem. The app provides dental technicians, dentists, and researchers with technical publications on the materials that are structured according to application area, which can be further sorted based on research or application queries for specific materials with the ‘Features’ function.
For example, clicking on VITA ENAMIC will show all studies related to VITA ENAMIC. If you then choose the ‘Features’ selection followed by ‘polish’, you see all studies on polishing the VITA ENAMIC hybrid ceramic. This set up aims to provide research-based applications, as well as rapid access to the right sources. In addition, the ‘breaking study news’ function provides the latest study results.
Furthermore, the VITA Scientific News app contains online learning and case reports on individual products with background information and valuable tips. The ‘VITA Expert Talk’ features demonstrations from international experts on how they work with VITA materials. A complete range of product information and instructions for use is available in the VITA download center.
The VITA Scientific News app is available on Android and iOS, and in six languages. Users will have the ability to connect directly to VITA Zahnfabrik through a hotline, email or navigate to company headquarters. Researchers will also have open access to companies to present their research proposals or directly submit a study application.
